Find answers to common questions about SharpTrack.

Tap the + button on the bottom navigation or go to Add Stock. Fill in the product name, selling price, quantity, and unit type, then tap "Add Product".
Go to the Sales tab. Search for the item, tap + to add it to your cart, then tap Record Sale. Your inventory will be updated automatically.
The reorder level is the minimum stock quantity before SharpTrack flags the item as "Low Stock". Set this when adding a product to get timely restocking alerts.
Go to More → Change PIN. Enter your current PIN and your new 6-digit PIN, then tap "Update PIN".
Go to More → Dark Mode and toggle the switch. Your preference will be saved and applied across all pages.
SharpTrack currently requires an internet connection to sync your data. Offline mode is planned for a future update.
